Zygodiscus minimus Bukry, 1969
Tranolithus minimus (Bukry, 1969) Perch-Nielsen, 1984
Small species (4.0 - 7.0 µm) of Konyaea having two segments aligned with the long axis, completely covering both sides of the traverse bar in the central area.
The wall and the transverse bar are in constant extinction, whilst the segments exhibit white interference colours in the plan view under cross-polarised light.
Konyaea minimus is distinguished from Konyaea biclavatus by having non-porous segments, whereas the latter has angular segments with pores.
