The narrow outer wall remains in constant extinction, whereas the wider inner wall displays white interference colours, and the central core segments exhibit greyish-white interference colours in plan view under crossed polars.
A hexagonal species of Corollithion with double walls, enclosing a central area composed of approximately eight or more segments imbricated clockwise and meeting at the centre.
