Discolithina? porosuturalis Bukry, 1969
Orastrum porosuturalis (Bukry, 1969) Farhan et al., 1994
The segments exhibit whitish-grey interference colours, while the wall shows a white interference colour and has a beaded appearance.
Species of Asapholithos are characterised by four nearly equal-sized segments separated by slightly curved, distinct axial and lateral sutures with pores, and are surrounded by a narrow wall. The lateral suture, often bearing a single row of pores, is displaced at its junction with the axial suture, which commonly features a decorated double row of pores.
Asapholithos porosuturalis is similar to Asapholithos clarusora, but it differs by lacking pores along the sutures and by having a wall with a beaded appearance.
