Zygodiscus? pseudanthophorus Bramlette & Martini, 1964
Zygodiscus lacunatus Gartner, 1968
This species is often erroneously placed in Zeugrhabdotus embergeri; its structural units and optical properties are distinctly different. In Gorkaea pseudanthophorus, the outer wall is narrow and tapers distally, and the wider inner wall gently tapers proximally. Both walls are visible in the plan view.
In contrast, the outer and proto-inner walls are similar in width in Zeugrhabdotus embergeri; the outer wall tapers proximally, and the proto-inner wall tapers distally. Additionally, in Zeugrhabdotus embergeri, the proto-inner wall cannot be seen from the plan view.
