Orastrum partitum Varol in Al-Rifaiy et al., 1990
The species of Sarmania consists of an elliptical base with a rim surrounding two holes separated by the base of the solid distal process, which appears as a diagonal cross in the plan view. The distal process of Sarmania is solid and comprises four ridges with a terminal plug. The morphological and optical properties of Sarmania partitum align with those observed in the genus Sarmania.
