Description

Reticulofenesrid has slits between all the distal shield segments and between some of the proximal shield segments.

Remarks

Emiliania huxleyi differs from Vonsalisia Varol (2019) by having slits between all the distal shield segments, whereas the latter has slits between some segments only.
